We take a development led approach, either through repurposing existing schemes or densifying assets through multi-storey developments. We have a pipeline with a gross development value of £1.3bn to deliver London’s most sustainable and centrally located urban logistics assets that will appeal to a range of occupiers given the highly supply constrained market within the M25.
